Micaela Yoder

Program Administrator

Micaela Yoder is a Harrisburg, PA native turned Floridian, having moved to Tampa shortly after marrying her phenomenal husband Ethan in 2021. While earning her bachelor's degree in ASL/English Interpreting, Micaela had the opportunity to work with various families in crisis to provide linguistic support to Deaf family members, as well as to assist in the creation of the first visual Bible, the ASLV. It was during this time that God laid on her heart a calling to minister to those specifically in her community (a calling that would not be fulfilled until 2022 when she joined Safe Families as a volunteer, and again in 2024 when she was given the opportunity to join staff). As the Program Administrator, Micaela works with incoming applicants to help them through the application process and has the incredible opportunity to share why she is so passionate about Safe Families with prospective volunteers.

Tralynn Moriarty

Area Coordinator

Tralynn and her husband, Austin, were high school sweethearts. They have been married since 2013 and have two wonderful children: Emilee and Thomas. Her dream was always to be a mom, and she found deep joy in raising her two little ones to be kind, Jesus loving humans. Tralynn has a background in crisis centered ministry, and a passion to love and support families who are hurting. Working in multiple crisis pregnancy centers over the years, she began volunteering with Safe Families for Children because it felt like the next step in supporting these families in crisis. Tralynn and her family have been attending Community Bible Church in Brooksville since the beginning of 2022 and she has been serving as a Safe Families Ministry lead since 2023.
